George Washington University School of Business Customer Experience Program Advisory Council

                I was invited to be a board member on the Advisory Council for the George Washington University School of Business Customer Experience Program and am also digging into the curriculum.  This is incredible for me, as I’ve always been focused on modifying and improving brand, processes, products, and experiences for the customers’ benefit.  Leading an MSP, every change we make is customer focused.  Now, I am able to use that knowledge to help improve a business curriculum at a major university.  I’m proud of the recognition:  https://zs.business.gwu.edu/art-ocain.html
